Artist Info: Blasted Mechanism is a Portuguese experimental electro-rock band known for its highly theatrical live shows involving elaborated alien-themed costumes as a backdrop to their truly original music style. The band was founded in 1995 by Karkov and Valdjiu. New members joined later to form the current line up. As they like to put it “they weren’t created but invented”, blasting into the Portuguese music scene with a very different sound and visuals.
Album Info: Mind At Large is the sixth album from the portugues band Blasted Mechanism.This album also marks the exchange of the lead singer, on 2008 the lead singer Karkov (Rui) decided to leave the band, fortunatelly Guitshu (Pedro Lousada, Ex Zedisaneolight) accepted the invitation from Blasted Mechanism to be the new lead singer and the band continued.
